Traditional decor, excellent breakfast, peaceful room, superb service, free upgrade, lovely views.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were disappointed with our room upon arrival, but the staff at Palazzo Dal Borgo quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a suite with beautiful views. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine! The service was perfect and the staff made us feel welcomed. The hotel itself is a charming building with unique Italian decor. The breakfast in the conservatory was good, and the staff recommended an amazing restaurant just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent standards and service.

We enjoyed hotel's staff and rooms. It was very close to Florence downtown. Also, a spandrel segmental arch bridge was max 5 minutes walk to.

Fantastic stay during xmas at this hotel! What a great surprise! The check-in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had a fine view of the beautiful basilica and was conveniently close to the train station and shopping areas. The breakfast room overlooking the courtyard with blooming fruit trees was a good way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Only a couple of minor issues. In the evening, there were some mosquitoes in the courtyard, but it didn't hinder our overall experience.
